Veyrali offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend. No shipping charge is added at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

Estimated delivery after shipment
United States: 7-15 business days
Canada and United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
Europe and Australia: 10-20 business days
Rest of world: 14-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and peak periods may extend delivery.

Tracking
Tracking can take 3-5 business days after shipment to show its first scan.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Address changes and delivery issues
Check your shipping address before ordering. Contact support@veyrali.com immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier first and then email us with your order number.
