A few things that come up often:
Where's my order? Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then take 7–15 days to arrive. If it's been more than 30 days since dispatch, email us and we'll refund or resend it.
Which size do I need? The splint is one size and dial-adjustable, and it fits either foot.
