Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Veyrali order. If it isn't right for you, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.

How to request a refund

Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and a short note about what didn't work. We review every request personally and approve refunds within 2 business days.

Do I need to send it back?

No. International return shipping costs more than the product is worth, so we don't ask for the item back. Keep it or dispose of it as you prefer.

When you'll get your money

Refunds go to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full - your choice.

Orders that haven't arrived

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, and delivery takes 7-15 days after that. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we'll refund or resend it.

Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already have entered processing.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Request a refund and place a new order.

Product safety

Please follow the usage instructions supplied with your product. If you experience discomfort while using it, stop and contact us - we'll help you sort it out.
